Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2018 No. 410 "About agreements on medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 45, Art. 1570; 2020, No. 2, the Art. 59, No. 32, the Art. 1096, No. 38, the Art. 1242, No. 97, the Art. 3142) and of February 5, 2020 No. 65 "Some questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020 and the I quarter 2021" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 18, the Art. 688, No. 38, the Art. 1242, No. 54, the Art. 1661, No. 73, Art. 2325; 2021, No. 2, the Art. 88, No. 7, the Art. 345) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and 2 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which are applied since February 1, 2021, and paragraphs of the twenty first - the thirty second subitem 2 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which are applied from start date of implementation within carrying out preventive inoculations in Ukraine large-scale immunization of the population for the purpose of overcoming pandemic of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus are applied since January 1, 2021, except subitem 1 and the paragraph of the twentieth subitem.
