1. This Procedure establishes the mechanism of implementation of registration of the objects of state examination of land management documentation represented for conducting state examination of land management documentation (further - state examination), including electronically with use of the Single state web portal of electronic services and the information systems of Gosgeokadastr integrated with it.
Registration of objects of state examination is performed by Gosgeokadastr and its territorial authorities in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol.
2. The objects of state examination determined by article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About state examination of land management documentation" (further - objects of state examination) which move for conducting state examination, prepared and approved in the procedure established by the legislation are subject to registration.
