About modification of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production, No. 130 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 671, No. 61, the Art. 1865, No. 92, Art. 2784; 2018, No. 19, Art. 634, No. 76, Art. 2539; 2019, No. 19, Art. 646, No. 90, Art. 3000, No. 96, Art. 3168; 2020, No. 23, the Art. 884, No. 73, the Art. 2317), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production

1. The paragraph one of Item 6 after the word "is created" to add with the words "also affirms".

2. To add the paragraph of the eighth of Item 7 after the words "their representations are determined" with the words "according to the procedure of forming of the list approved".

3. Add Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Within fiscal year one producer of agricultural products (by the definition given in Item 2-1.4. article 2-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine") can get the state support in the amount of more than 10 thousand sizes of the minimum wage established for January 1 of the corresponding year.".
