About modification of the Regulations on reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2008 No. 561 "About some questions connected with reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 30, Art. 3646; 2012, No. 41, Art. 5630).

Changes which are made to Regulations on reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs

1. The Item 3 after the word "begins" to add with the words "in the cases specified in Article 70.1 of the Land code of the Russian Federation".
