Based on the paragraph of the fifth of part one of Item 51 and the paragraph of third of part two of Item 54 of the Rules of hunting approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112, of subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298, of subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for obtaining in temporary use of hunting weapon and ammunition to it it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2018 No. 23/230 "About some questions of obtaining in temporary use of hunting weapon and ammunition to it".

3. Determine that the magazines intended for introduction of record about issue to the citizen (foreign citizen) of hunting weapon and ammunition to it and permissions to carrying hunting weapon and the ammunition to it received in temporary use for the period of hunting at the user of hunting grounds, and used before entry into force of this resolution are applied before their complete filling.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction determines procedure for receipt of hunting weapon and ammunition to it the hunters who reached eighteen-year age.

2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Rules of hunting and Rules of maintaining hunting economy approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112 are applied.

Chapter 2. Provision in temporary use of hunting weapon and ammunition to it

The user of hunting grounds (further if other is not established, - okhotpolzovatel) has the right to provide in temporary use for the period of hunting to the hunter the hunting weapon belonging to it and ammunition to it registered in accordance with the established procedure in law-enforcement bodies.

4. Okhotpolzovatel designates the official responsible for issue, acceptance, use, maintenance of hunting weapon and ammunition to it, maintaining the magazine of issue of hunting weapon and ammunition to it in form according to appendix 1 (further - the official of okhotpolzovatel).

5. Receipt by the hunter of hunting weapon and ammunition to it is performed after issue according to Item 21.7 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 200, of permission to carrying the hunting weapon received by citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons in temporary use for the period of hunting at the okhotpolzovatel (further - permission) constituted in form according to appendix 2, of record uchineniye in root of permission and the magazine of issue of hunting weapon and ammunition to it.

6. Upon termination of hunting the hunting weapons and ammunition received in temporary use to it (if remained unused) are checked to the official of okhotpolzovatel.

7. The quantity of the hunting weapon which is one-timely issued in temporary use to one hunter shall not exceed one unit.

8. Before transfer to temporary use of hunting weapon and ammunition to it okhotpolzovatel rules of safe handling of weapon, safety of hunting about acquaintance with which he undersigns for permission root are led up the hunter.

9. The magazine of issue of hunting weapon and ammunition to it shall be numbered, strung together and under seal divisions of licensed and allowing work of territorial authority of internal affairs.

10. Provision in temporary use of hunting weapon and ammunition is allowed to it to the hunter planning carrying out hunting for the territories of the hunting grounds of okhotpolzovatel located in borders of one administrative area with the okhotpolzovatel providing in temporary use hunting weapon and ammunition to it. In this case the representative of the okhotpolzovatel who provided in temporary use hunting weapon and ammunition to it to which the hunting weapon provided in temporary use and ammunition to it is assigned shall accompany the hunter.

11. Safety and target use of hunting weapon and the ammunition to it provided in temporary use to the hunter from the moment of its obtaining and until return and uchineniye of all necessary records according to requirements of this Instruction is provided with the hunter.
