1. Approve:

organizational structure of the Agency on development of medico-social services of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1 *;

structure of central office of the Agency on development of medico-social services of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2 *;

standard structure of managements on development of medico-social services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent according to appendix No. 3 *;

standard structure of district (city) departments of development of medico-social services according to appendix No. 4 *;

the list of the organizations of system of the Agency on development of medico-social services of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5*.

* Appendices No. No. 1 - 5 are given in Uzbek.

2. Establish the extreme number of managerial personnel of the Agency on development of medico-social services (further - the Agency) in number of 356 units, including central office - 39 units.

3. Grant to the director of the Agency the right on:

modification of structure of central office and territorial subdivisions of the Agency within certain total number of managerial personnel and the salary fund;

approval of structure of managements on development of medico-social services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent, and also district (city) departments of development of medico-social services;
