About optimization of functions of some ministries and departments of rendering social services and the help to the population in connection with creation of the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Agree with the offers of the National agency of social protection, the Ministry of Economics and finance and the Ministries of employment and reducing poverty providing:
a) liquidation of Fund of support of persons with disability;
b) the direction of the following sources of forming of the income of Fund of support of persons with disability in the State Social Security Fund:
assignments in the amount of 10 percent from the amount of the penalties imposed in accordance with the established procedure for violation of the law about the rights of persons with disability;
assignments in the amount of 10 percent from the amount of the penalties imposed in accordance with the established procedure for failure to carry out of decisions of public authorities on places on creation of the minimum quantity of workplaces for employment of persons with disability.
2. Under the Ministry of Economics and finance to provide to committee of treasurer service transfer of the remained means on the treasurer account of the liquidated fund in the State Social Security Fund.
3. Make changes and addition to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
4. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
