About formation of the trust fund on support of the sphere of spirituality and creativity

For the purpose of increase in efficiency and effectiveness of spiritual and educational work, further strengthening of consent and mutual understanding among the multinational people of our country, preserving and development of national values, traditions and customs, active support of art creativity and promotion of culture of reading:

1. Approve offers of the Republican center of spirituality and enlightenment, the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, the Board of trustees of Public fund "Izhod" relatively:

transfers to the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan being under authority of Public fund "Izhod" of polyclinic of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, the unitary enterprise "Directorate on operation of the creative house of Durmon and Okkum Fayz Barrack affiliated enterprise together with all property belonging to them, buildings and constructions;

the organizations of the Trust fund for support of the sphere of spirituality and creativity under the Republican center of spirituality and enlightenment (further - Fund) without formation of legal entity based on Public fund "Izhod", and also statement of structure of its Board of trustees according to appendix.

2. Take into consideration that fund is allocated for financing of the following events:

creation on the basis of "The concept of continuous spiritual education" of guidelines manuals and recommendations, scientific and practical literature for systems of preschool education, general secondary education, secondary vocational and higher education for the purpose of enrichment of the theory and technique of spiritual and moral education, their edition and bringing to places;

implementation of measures, directed to broad promoting of national heritage, powerful contribution of our great scientists, poets and thinkers to world civilization both at us in the country, and beyond its limits;
