About the additional measures performed within development programs of family entrepreneurship

In recent years a number of measures for development of family entrepreneurship, to employment of the population, broad financial support of youth and female initiatives is implemented.

Within the programs aimed at the development of family entrepreneurship, employment of youth and women by work, revenue-producing (further - Programs), for the last three years to more than 600 thousand people and subjects of entrepreneurship it is allocated soft credits in the amount of, exceeding 15 trillion sum.

For the purpose of continuation of actions for financial support of the entrepreneurial initiatives directed to obtaining by the income population, first of all employment of jobless youth and women work, revenue-producing, rendering to them assistance in the organization of the business in махаллях on system basis in 2021:

1. Approve aimed at the development of family entrepreneurship and employment of youth and women by work, revenue-producing:

Target parameters of financing in 2021 of projects within Programs by sources according to appendix No. 1;

Target parameters of crediting in 2021 of projects within Programs by regions according to appendix No. 2.

2. To deputy ministers of economy and finance, the chairman of the Central bank and the minister of employment and reducing poverty (further - coordinators of the Program):

confer power of operational redistribution of the allocated resources by Programs, authorized banks and the territories proceeding from real requirement, and also orientation of the created projects on creation of perspective and additional workplaces;

provide financing of entrepreneurial projects in villages and махаллях, included in the Rim Kishlak and Rim Waved programs, proceeding from their specialization within the allocated funds.

3. Establish procedure according to which within Programs since April 1, 2021:
