About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2011 No. 500 "About approval of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 27, Art. 3936; 2016, No. 47, Art. 6638; 2019, No. 11, Art. 1115):

a) in Item 2:

paragraphs two and third the subitem "an" after the words "in the territory of the free port of Vladivostok" to add with the words "and in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation";

third the subitem "b" after the words "in the territory of the free port of Vladivostok" to add the paragraph with the words "and in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation";

b) add with Item 2 (2) the following content:

"2(2). Customs authorities make the decisions specified in Items 21, of 23, 23(1) and 23 (2) these rules, concerning controlled goods by results of verification of documents and information about them according to Item 15 of these rules taking into account the received results of application of risk management system by Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare.";

c) add with Items 13 (1) and 13(2) following contents:
