About further enhancement of system of retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel
For the purpose of further increase in level and quality of retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel, the Cabinet of Ministers decides strengthenings of its educational and methodical and information support, and also providing educational institutions of the republic with highly qualified pedagogical personnel according to requirements of the National program for training:
1. Approve:
The state requirements to retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel according to appendix No. 1;
the state samples of the diploma about retraining and the certificate on advanced training of pedagogical personnel according to appendices No. 2 and No. 3.
2. To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to bring the existing regulations and educational and methodical documentation into accord with the approved State requirements to retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel;
together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month within the budgetary appropriations allocated for this type of education to review and approve in accordance with the established procedure standard organizational structure and standard states of educational institutions of retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel, and also procedure for planning and expenditure of means;
annually together with the State inspectorate for supervision of quality of education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to carry out operational diagnostics of compliance of quality of educational and methodical process and level of professional qualification of teachers in educational institutions of retraining and advanced training to the State requirements approved by this resolution.
