Based on part two of Item 3 of Article 87-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus and for the purpose of enhancement of budget financing in the field of physical culture and sport the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Realize from January 1 to December 31, 2021 pilot project on approbation of normative financing of specialized educational sports facilities in the children's and youth sports schools and specialized schools of the Olympic reserve for children and young people (further - according to sports school, sports school) which are under supervision of Vetkovsky district executive committee of the Gomel region, Kobrinsky district executive committee of the Brest region, Molodechnensky and Logoysky district executive committees of the Minsk region, the Minsk regional executive committee in the list according to appendix 1 (further - pilot project).
2. Determine basic norms of fiscal capacity of expenses on sports training of one athlete pupil by the form of sport in sports school, sports school according to appendix 2.
3. Determine that the amount of budgetary funds for realization of pilot project is calculated proceeding from:
basic standard rates of fiscal capacity of expenses on sports training of one athlete pupil by the form sport in sports school, sports school;
indicators of number of athletes pupils which sports preparation is performed without payment, brought to sports school, sports school the local executive and administrative organs specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
