About cross-border movement of dangerous wastes
In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2020 "About ratification of the Agreement on cross-border movement of dangerous wastes on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 56-Z
1. Determine the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection competent authority within implementation of the Agreement on cross-border movement of dangerous wastes on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of August 9, 2019.
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. No. 1397 "About some questions of procedure for movement of separate types of goods through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude subitem 1.28 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008;
2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022 No. 175
2.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 27, 2020 No. 610 "About issue of allowing documents in the field of environmental protection for movement of separate types of goods through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus":
add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue, cancellation and cancellation of the conclusions (allowing documents) for import and (or) export of dangerous wastes (are applied).";
