1. This Procedure N UP-1289 is developed based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 20, 1995 "About pension payment to the working pensioners".
2. Since January 1, 1996 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan pension payments to the working pensioners are made in the following sizes:
to the disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War (equated to them to persons - the appendix N1 and N 2), to the persons which were carrying out military obligations or working in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War, to disabled people of I and II groups, and also persons who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash (appendix N 3), - 100 percent;
to all other pensioners - 50 percent of the pension granted to them.
