I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 2015 No. 223 "About approval of Rules of provision of the state base retirement benefit at the expense of budgetary funds, and also appointment and implementation of retirement benefits on age, the public social benefits on disability, on the occasion of loss of the supporter, the public special welfare payments" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11110, it is published on June 10, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
in Rules of provision of the state base retirement benefit at the expense of budgetary funds, and also appointment and implementation of retirement benefits on age, the public social benefits on disability, on the occasion of loss of the supporter, the public special welfare payments approved by the specified order:
8, of 9, of 10, 11 and 50 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, 4 and 5 to this order.
2. To department of policy of social insurance, basic social and provision of pensions in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sarbasov A. A.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The result of rendering the state service is issued in case of presentation of the identity document in case of personal visit of uslugopoluchatel (or his representative under the notarized power of attorney) based on the receipt on acceptance of the relevant documents. The state corporation informs uslugopoluchatel on the made decision by means of transfer of the SMS notification on the mobile phone of uslugopoluchatel. |
