1. Approve Changes in some resolutions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities which are applied.

2. To provide to operators of systems of distribution:

1) till June 1, 2021:

the consumer notification about the procedure of return to consumers of money according to the personal accounts opened at suppliers on regulated rate on whom there was accounts payable for electrical energy as of December 31, 2018 (inclusive) were not returned to the consumer and/or are listed to the corresponding supplier as advance payment of such consumer for electrical energy as of the date of entry into force of this resolution;

return of such means within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the address of the consumer;

2) till January 1, 2022 approval of individual residential customers of capacity according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 2.4.2 Rules of the retail market of electrical energy approved by the resolution of NKREKP of March 14, 2018 No. 312, taking into account the project documentation which is available as of January 01, 2021.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
