According to part one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine", to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About probation", to the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", to the subitem of 1 Item 4, to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information necessary for providing procedure and conditions of execution and serving of criminal penalties which is applied.
2. Determine administrators of exchange of information who provide and perform technical support of the procedure of giving of requests and receipt of answers, the state company "National Information Systems" and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
