About approval of Changes in Regulations on functioning of stock exchanges

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on functioning of stock exchanges approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 22, 2012 No. 1688, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 14, 2012 for No. 2082/22394, which are applied.

2. To stock exchanges within three months from the effective date this decision to bring the activities into accord with requirements of this decision.

3. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Tarabakin D.
