About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Council for economic reforms under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 13, 2020 No. 551

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Council for economic reforms under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 13, 2020 No. 551 the following changes:

in Regulations on Council for economic reforms under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 2 with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"-assessment and monitoring of implementation of actions within execution of the decisions made by Council;";

- state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Meetings of Council are held as required. Emergency meetings can be held according to the decision of the chairman of the board.

According to the decision of the chairman, and in its absence - the vice-chairman the meeting of Council can be held in remote format with use of means of video conferencing (further - VKS), as on the questions approved by the work plan of Council and on questions, being urgent. Participation in meeting of Council in remote format is full-time.

The secretariat informs members of council on holding meeting of Council in the VKS mode.";

- state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. Decisions of Council for cases in point are made by a majority vote the members of council who are present at meeting and drawn up in the form of the protocol of the decision of Council. In case of equality of votes the decision for which voted presiding over meeting of Council is made.
