About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Determine that:

the subitem 2 Items of 1 changes approved by this resolution is applied since December 1, 2020;

the subitem 1 of Item 1 and Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution are applied since January 1, 2021.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2018 No. 410 "About agreements on medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 45, Art. 1570; 2019, No. 9, Art. 305, No. 20, Art. 682; 2020, No. 2, Art. 59, No. 32, Art. 1096, No. 38, Art. 1242, No. 97, Art. 3142; 2021, No. 17, Art. 663):

1) in Item 2:

replace paragraph two with paragraphs of the following content:

"healthcare institution or physical person entrepreneur who obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice which wish to sign the agreement on medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees with National service of health:
