For the purpose of strengthening of the relations of cooperation with member states of the European Union, the United States of America, Canada, the Swiss Confederation, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic Iceland, the Principality of Andorra, State of Israel, Principality of Liechtenstein, Principality of Monaco, Vatican and Japan the Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - Cancel since January 1, 2007 visa the mode for citizens of member states of the European Union, the United States of America, Canada, the Swiss Confederation, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic Iceland and Japan.
Cancel since June 1, 2010 visa regime for citizens of the Principality of Andorra, State of Israel, Principality of Liechtenstein, Principality of Monaco and Vatican.
Art. 2. - The rights and obligations of the foreign citizens who drove on the territory of the Republic of Moldova based on this law are regulated by the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Art. 3. - To the government:
provide accomplishment of this law;
bring the regulations into accord with this law.
