About modification of the Regulations on the Heritable register

According to Item 5 parts one of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction", to paragraph one of Item 2 parts one of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes", to third Item 3 parts one of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine" ORDER to the paragraph:

1. Add the Section III of the Provisions on the Heritable register approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 7, 2011 No. 1810/5, the new Item of the following content registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 11, 2011 for No. 831/19569,:

"3.8. The automated access to data of the Heritable register is provided in the cases provided by the law only to officials of state bodies by means of the applied program interface.

Access is provided with the administrator of the Heritable register in real time in electronic form information and telecommunication means using means of technical and cryptographic information security according to the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and telecommunication systems".

The means of cryptographic information security having the certificate of conformity or the positive expert opinion by results of state examination in the field of cryptographic information security are applied to information security.
