About approval of the Regulations on the Heritable register

According to Item 1 of the Procedure for state registration of wills and heritable agreements in the Heritable register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.05.2011 No. 491, Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.07.99 No. 1272 "About the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice" and for the purpose of creation of single system of accounting of wills, heritable agreements, the opened heritable cases and the granted certificates on the right to inheritance I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the Heritable register which is attached.

2. To the State company "National Information Systems" to provide to the state company preserving the corresponding registration records about wills, heritable agreements, the opened heritable cases and the granted certificates on the right to inheritance registered before entry into force of this order in the Heritable register created according to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 17.10.2000 No. 51/5 "About the Heritable register" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.10.2000 for No. 714/4935.

3. Establish rates:

3.1. For forming in the Heritable register of one registration record about the certificate of the will, changes to it, cancellation of the will, issue of the duplicate with issue of the corresponding statement - in the amount of sixty eight hryvnias.

3.2. For forming in the Heritable register of one registration record about the certificate of the heritable agreement; changes to it, termination of the heritable agreement, issue of the duplicate with issue of the corresponding statement - in the amount of fifty one hryvnias.
