1. Approve Regulations on the Heritable register which are applied.
2. To assign creation, maintaining, and also material and organizational support of functioning of the Heritable register (further - the Unified register) to the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Till 01.12.2000 to provide to the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine introduction of the Unified register.
