About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of medical insurance

For the purpose of improvement of availability of medical services to the population, according to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About medical insurance of citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the policy of compulsory medical insurance" of February 28, 2012 No. 151 the following changes:

in Regulations on the policy of compulsory medical insurance approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the paragraph one of Item 5 to state in the following edition:

"5. The cost of the Policy of compulsory health insurance is calculated according to the Method of calculation of cost of the Policy of compulsory health insurance for persons who are independently paying fees on compulsory medical insurance in the Kyrgyz Republic attached to this Provision.";

- state Chapter 2 in the following edition:

"2. Procedure for acquisition and issue of the Policy of compulsory health insurance

6. The applicant or his representative can acquire the Policy of compulsory health insurance:

- by the address with the passport (ID card) to territorial administration of compulsory health insurance Fund or in the organization of health care working in system of the Single payer with the statement in the form established by authorized body in the field of compulsory medical insurance;

- through the State portal of electronic services.
