1. Approve:

1) Regulations on Public service of digital development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the scheme of management of Public service of digital development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Form Department on personal data protection under Public service of digital development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To public service of digital development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in a month:

- the project of the Regulations on Department on personal data protection under Public service of digital development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- projects of the regulatory legal acts following from this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

1) paragraphs two, third Item 2 and Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 15, 2016 No. 402;
