About modification of the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2015 No. 215 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 33, Art. 964; 2018, No. 84, Art. 2766; 2020, No. 61, the Art. 1990), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) in subitem 2:

the paragraph the fifth after the word "return" to add with the word "(transfer)", and after the word "representation" - the word "(conclusion)";

add the subitem after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"performs according to the conclusion of GNS and its territorial authorities transfer between income types and cash budgets, mistakenly and/or excessively enlisted in state and/or local budgets through the single account;".
