1. Approve the Procedure of verification of information on availability/no conflict of interest, prevention of conflict of interest at the employee of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits in case of execution of powers of the temporary administrator or liquidator of bank who is applied by it.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.
