About questions of creation of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh national academy of choreography" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh national academy of choreography" with the supervisory board of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the Ministry of Culture company and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) main object of activity of the company implementation of primary, main secondary, professional, higher, postgraduate and additional education.

3. To provide to the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;

2) registration of the charter in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) acceptance of other measures for realization of this Item.

4. Liquidate non-commercial joint-stock company "Kazakh National Academy of Choreography" (further - society).

5. To transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation the property of society which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors to balance of the company.
