About establishment of privileges for young teachers

According to article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" for the purpose of increase in social protection of young specialists of education system and attraction to pedagogical activities the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides them:

1. Establish since January 1, 2007 within the first three years of labor activity for young teachers having the higher pedagogical education and following privileges working in different types comprehensive schools:

- in extraordinary procedure allocation land the site for housing construction;

- in case of possibility of areas allocation in mountainous areas land the site for gardening and truck farming;

- provision of soft credits for acquisition of the milch krupnorogaty cattle or cultivation of 20 families of bees.

2. To local executive bodies of the government together with the State committee on land management of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve issue of allocation of land areas in compliance of the established privileges of Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with National Bank of Tajikistan and National bank of Amonatbonk to develop and approve procedure for provision of soft credits in compliance of the established privileges of Item 1 of this resolution.
