About some questions of reorganization of the subordinated organizations of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 4) 11, Item 1 of article 114 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: Articles
1. Reorganize:
1) the republican state company "Information and Analysis Center of Environmental Protection" of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to "Information and Analysis Center of Environmental Protection" limited liability partnership (further – partnership) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital;
2) non-commercial joint-stock company "International Center of Green Technologies and Investment Projects" (under approval) by accession of Zhasyl Lady joint-stock company to it.
2. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) approval of the charter of partnership and its state registration in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;
