3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since April 1, 2021, except:
Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of publication of this resolution and is applied since January 1, 2021;
paragraphs of the first - the third subitem of 1 Item of 6 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of publication of this resolution and are applied till June 30, 2021.
