For the purpose of realization of Item 3 of article 12 of the Agreement on features of implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones within the Eurasian Economic Union of November 22, 2019 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed list of violations of requirements to production of the jewelry and other products moved from one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union to another concerning which exchange of information between the bodies of state members authorized on normative legal regulation in the field of production, uses and addresses of precious metals and gemstones, and also products from them is performed.

2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date Agreements on features of implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones within the Eurasian Economic Union of November 22, 2019, but not earlier than after 30 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision.
