About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

a) in the list of developing countries - users of single system of tariff preferences of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 2 to the specified Decision):

1, 3 - 11, 13 - 17, 19 - 21, 23, 25 - 28, 31 - 34, 37, 39, 41, 42, 45, 46, 49 - 56, 59, 62 - 64, 67 - 69, 71, 73 - 89, 91 - 93, 95 - 97, 99, 102 and 103 to exclude Items;

add with Item 12.1 of the following content:

"12.1. Republic of Vanuatu";

b) Items 8 and 47 of the list of the least developed countries - users of single system of tariff preferences of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 3 to the specified Decision) to exclude.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication.
