About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of regulation of activities of the state companies

For the purpose of enhancement of process of regulation of activities of the state companies, according to Item 12 of part 1 of article 10 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following changes:

- third Item 1 to declare the paragraph invalid;

- to declare paragraph two of item 4 invalid;

- to declare appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution invalid;

in the Regulations on the state companies approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the subitem 2 of Item 32 of the word "in coordination with the state managing director of body" to exclude;

- state Item 35 in the following edition:

"35. Executive body of the state company is his head - the director (or the CEO) the state company which is appointed to position by the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The head of the state company is appointed to position by the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of authorized body in the field of management of state-owned property from among the candidates offered the state managing directors of body conforming to qualification requirements to position of the director.";

- to declare appendix 2 to the above-stated Provision invalid.

2. "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of management of state-owned property" of February 17, 2020 No. 82 to declare Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic invalid.

3. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
