About streamlining of activities of the state companies

For the purpose of establishment of single regulations of functioning, reorganization and liquidation of the state companies, according to article 10 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on the state companies according to appendix 1;

- provide development of strategic plans of development by the jurisdictional state enterprises;

- approve qualification requirements for candidates for positions of directors of the jurisdictional state enterprises.

4. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time:
