About some questions of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states and according to the Federal Law of July 19, 1998 "About military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states" I decide No. 114-FZ:
1. Determine that:
a) the "National Aviation Service Company" joint-stock company (Moscow) which 100 percent of shares are in property of the State corporation on assistance to development, production and export of high-technology industrial output Rostec is the state intermediary providing complex field service of the Russian aircraft equipment carried to military products;
b) the state intermediary providing complex field service of the Russian aircraft equipment carried to military products in case of the conclusion of commission agreements with the organizations - developers and producers of military products includes in them the provision providing obligation of the specified organizations to allocate funds in the amount of difference between the price of the contract signed by the state intermediary with the foreign customer and at the price of the commission agreement (taking into account the expenses connected with delivery of military products to foreign customers) for financing of perspective developments of arms and military equipment and growth in volumes of military products;
c) the order (sale and different ways of alienation, transfer to pledge and to trust management, and also other encumbrances) by shares of the joint-stock company specified in the subitem "an" of this Item is performed only based on the Federal Law, except as specified placements of the additional shares of this joint-stock company intended for the State corporation on assistance to development, production and export of high-technology industrial output Rostec.
