About questions of re-export from the territory of the Commonwealth of Independent States and state members of Eurasian economic community of the goods coming from the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement on re-export of goods and procedure for issue of permissions to re-export of April 15, 1994 and the Protocol on customs control over re-export of the goods occurring from the territory of the State Parties of the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999 and which is taken out to the third countries, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed list of the goods coming from the Republic of Tajikistan in case of which re-export from the territory of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and state members of Eurasian economic community to the third countries permission of authorized body of the Republic of Tajikistan is necessary.

2. Determine the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan authorized state body by issue of permissions to re-export of the goods coming from the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the interested ministries and departments of the republic:

- in two-month time to develop and approve rules of issue of permission to re-export;

- make with agreement parties about re-export of goods and procedure for issue of permissions to re-export of April 15, 1994 exchange of lists of goods which re-export can be performed in the presence of properly the drawn-up written permission, and also exchange of samples of permissions, signatures of officials and seals of authorized body concerning re-export of goods.
