About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning enhancement of activities of bodies of the state architectural construction supervision and supervision

According to the procedure of imposing of penalties for offenses in the field of town-planning activities, No. 244 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1995 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 7, Art. 164; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 81, Art. 3003; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1260):
state Item 1-1 in the following edition:
"1-1. The term "electronic office" is used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities".";
add Item 30 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The penalty can be paid through electronic office with use of payment systems in real time.".
