ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of procedure for passing of military service and to the contract in compliance with measures for enhancement of system of protection of frontier, and also optimization of functions of state bodies of the executive authority, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of compulsory military service by soldiers, sergeants and foremen of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service" of December 25, 2009 No. 800 the following change:

in Regulations on procedure for passing of compulsory military service by soldiers, sergeants and foremen of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to declare the subitem "z" of Item 17 invalid.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of military service under the contract (stay in inventory) by officers and ensigns in Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service" of April 25, 2011 No. 185 the following changes:

in Regulations on procedure for passing of military service under the contract (stay in inventory) by officers and ensigns in Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service, approved by the above-stated resolution:
