of December 25, 2009 No. 800

About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of compulsory military service by soldiers, sergeants and foremen of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service

According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for passing of compulsory military service by soldiers, sergeants and foremen of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service.

2. To state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
