2. 3. To the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service to accept to management and to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of compulsory military service by soldiers, sergeants and foremen of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service" of December 25, 2009 No. 800;
