About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of actions on digital transformation

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of statistics, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of April 6, 2015 No. 197 the following change:

to state appendix 6 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following change:

in appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 6 of figure "125" and "864" to replace respectively with figures "88" and "827".

3. Determine that the economy of budgetary funds received as a result of reducing the number of staff is transferred into the republican budget.

4. To National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
