About modification of the Regulations on Council for accreditation of the National agency on accreditation of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About accreditation of conformity assessment bodies" I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on Council for accreditation of the National agency on accreditation of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of August 26, 2016 No. 1408, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 13, 2016 for No. 1246/29376, the following changes:

In paragraph three of Item 3 of the Section III the word "heads" to replace 1) with the word of "head";

2) the Section IV after Item 1 to add with new Item 2 following of content:

"2. In case of need meetings of Council can be held in the video conference mode with use of the corresponding software, including through the Internet (further - online meeting of Council).

Preparation and holding online meeting of Council is performed with observance of the requirements provided by this Section.".

With respect thereto Items 2 - 14 to consider respectively Items 3 - 15;

3) in appendix:

to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"The representative of the central executive body shall hold position not below the head of the structural unit of this body providing implementation of functions in the field of technical regulation or the state market supervision.";

to add the paragraph of the seventh of Item 2 after the words "assessments of conformity" with the words "or to be administrative board of conformity assessment body and to which powers questions of assessment of conformity belong".

2. To provide to department of technical regulation and innovative policy submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
