About creation of the Center of transfer of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Create the Center of transfer of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve Regulations on the Center of transfer of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Center) according to appendix 1.

3. Establish the number of staff of the Center in number of 17 established posts, without junior service personnel.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.08.2022 No. 434

5. To Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to find the respective room for permanent placement and to provide technical, communication servicing of activities of the Center.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Chief of staff of the Government - the minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
