In pursuance of provisions of article 12 of the Law on budget system and budget process No. 847-XIII of May 24, 1996 (special release) (with subsequent changes and amendments is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005) paragraph two of article 41 of the Law on police No. 416-XII of December 18, 1990 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 17-19, of the Art. 56), with subsequent changes and amendments, and the subitem 15/1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the Order of the Government No. 844 of July 30, 1998. "About organizational structure, extreme number of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Regulations on it" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 75-76, 756) (with subsequent changes and amendments), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The list of the paid services rendered by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and rates for them according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for education and expenditure of special means of divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs to bring the regulations into accord with provisions of this Resolution in a month.
