According to Article 44 of Chapter 7 of the Section II, Item 14 parts two of Article 544 of Chapter 74 of the Section XX of the Customs code of Ukraine, to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of enhancement and acceleration of the procedure of filling and issue of the certificate by customs on transportation (origin) of goods of EUR.1 or EUR-MED in connection with provisions of the Regional convention on the sir-euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin and also international agreements about free trade signed in the procedure established by the legislation which are provided procedures of filling and issue of the certificate by customs for transportation (origin) of goods of EUR.1 or EUR-MED, ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for filling and issue of the certificate by customs on transportation (origin) of goods of EUR.1 or EUR-MED which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 20, 2017 No. 950 "About approval of the Procedure for filling and issue of the certificate by customs on transportation (origin) of goods EUR.1", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 26, 2017 for No. 1563/31431.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
