About approval of cash expense rates on providing persons containing in social organizations

According to Article 7, part (4) Article 10 and part (6) article 12 of the Law on the public assistance No. 547-XV of December 25, 2003. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve cash expense rates for providing with food, medicines and dressings, clothes, footwear, soft stock, sanitary and hygienic means, games and toys of persons containing in social organizations of all types and levels according to appendix.

2. Cash expense rates for providing with food, medicines and dressings, clothes, footwear, soft stock, sanitary and hygienic means, games and toys of persons containing in social organizations of all types and levels are annually indexed taking into account indicator of consumer prices in comparison with previous year.

2-1. To perform financing of the approved expenses for the account and within the means provided in annual budgets of the relevant social organizations.

2-2. Responsibility for correctness of application of the approved expense rates in terms of money is conferred on heads of the relevant organizations.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 28.02.2023 No. 98
