About modification of the Standard procedure for carrying out the public report of the head of executive body

According to part three of article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service", I ORDER to Item 9 of the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 500,:

1. Make changes to the Standard procedure for carrying out the public report of the head of executive body approved by the order of the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service of December 20, 2016 No. 277, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 11, 2017 for No. 28/29896 (with changes), having stated Item 5 of the Section II in the following edition:

"5. The public report together with information on its carrying out is placed not later than week before its carrying out the central executive bodies by heads on the website of relevant organ of the executive authority and the "Civil Society and Power" website.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of strategic planning and analytical providing submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
