In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 22, 1997 No. 460 "About measures for providing legal entities with singular authorized problems military person-portable small arms" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 17, Art. 2010; 2000, No. 10, Art. 1138; 2012, No. 49, Art. 6860; 2018, No. 27, Art. 4083):

a) in paragraphs three and the fourth Item 1 of the word of Federal Communications Agency shall be replaced with words "The ministries of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation";
